RÓBERT GAŠPAROVIČ specializes in IP law, data protection and privacy, IT law, commercial and contractual law, and advertising law.
Robert’s intellectual and industrial property rights practice focuses mainly on the protection of trademarks and designs, geographical indications, copyright law and domain names. He advises on GDPR compliance and implementation projects. Robert’s expertise also includes advising on IP licence agreements, IT contracts and copyright.
Robert received a Master ́s degree in Law from the Pan-European University in Bratislava and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. Before joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, Robert worked at the Vancouver Office of a leading Canadian business law firm.
