Ståle L Hagen has extensive experience in drafting, negotiation and management of contracts, both in Norway and internationally, specializing in technology. He has previously worked in the IT industry, both as a customer and as a supplier, and he is often engaged to advise on or to lead solution oriented negotiations. With his uncompromising focus on process management he is a true “closer”.

Ståle has been an active participant in the development of several standard contract templates used in the Norwegian IT industry in cooperation with The Norwegian Computer Society (DnD) and DFØ (SSA). He is an inspiring and popular lecturer on technology law, contracts and negotiations, and he also works with M&A and as a mediator in the technology sector.

Ståle advises his clients on business development and commercial processes. He creates change through communication and motivation, often working in the English language.
