Martin Gynnerstedt joined Fylgia Law Firm as a partner in 2018. He has a broad IT, telecoms and privacy law practice and has worked with clients in various fields, inter alia with regulatory agreements and disputes, GDPR/privacy compliance, contacts with authorities, licenses, e-commerce and general regulatory work.

On the commercial side, Martin has extensive experience of negotiating and drafting agreements in commercial projects and he has in particular worked with outsourcing project and different IT services delivery projects.

Martin has previously worked with another major Swedish law firm and as an in-house counsel for a telecoms operator. Martin holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
