Diego leads the IP & IT department at Fieldfisher Italy.

He has advised in the e-commerce area since its start, he was one of the first e-commerce experts to be appointed by the Ministry of Finance and the Region of Lombardia. Diego has recently been focusing on software, IT and health-tech issues, mostly for international clients.

As is fairly common in Italy, he is both a transactional lawyer and a litigator appearing before Italian and EU Courts, as well as the Data Protection and Privacy Authority in Italy.

He is often invited to speak at conferences on IT and IP topics. Diego also speaks fluent English and French.
