Björn Karlsson is a partner at Fylgia in Stockholm. He advises on IT law, intellectual property and data protection, with extensive experience of technology-related legal matters. He also advises on public procurement, particularly in the electronic communications sector.

Björn heads Fylgia’s AI Sandbox, the firm’s initiative for developing and testing AI solutions in-house. This gives him practical insight into how AI systems are developed and deployed, complementing his legal work on AI and emerging technologies.

Alongside his technology practice, Björn also advises on insolvency matters and dispute resolution.

Björn holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Uppsala University. He has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2021 and is recommended by The Legal 500 EMEA. He works in Swedish and English.
