Annamária Klára is a Partner and Head of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice at PROVARIS Varga & Partners. She advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and healthcare sector clients on complex regulatory and compliance, corporate and commercial, public procurement as well as competition matters throughout the product lifecycle.

Her practice focuses on life sciences regulation, pharmaceutical compliance, data protection, regulatory investigations, market access and public procurement, as well as corporate transactions and commercial arrangements in the life sciences sector. She regularly assists multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare companies with the implementation of European and Hungarian regulatory requirements and supports clients in navigating highly regulated business environments. She also represents clients in pharmaceutical litigations focusing primarily on IP, unfair competition matters and also in administrative litigations.

Annamária has extensive experience advising international life sciences companies on strategic regulatory projects, compliance programmes, M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and advising and representing them in public procurement procedures and pharmaceutical litigations.
