Bartosz Jussak’s expertise encompasses intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on copyright, as well as data protection (including personal data), e-commerce, TMT, IT, cybersecurity, and AI. He draws upon experience acquired both in private practice and as head of the legal department for an internationally active technology company.

He provides ongoing legal support to e-commerce businesses, including digital service providers and XaaS solution vendors. Bartosz assists with the implementation, maintenance, and development of IT systems, and advises on cybersecurity matters from both the client and vendor perspectives. His advisory work also covers copyright issues that extend beyond the digital sphere.

Bartosz has substantial experience in conducting audits and implementing GDPR requirements across diverse sectors. Previously, he served as the data protection officer for Poland’s second-largest internet portal. In addition, he offers guidance on broader aspects of data governance, including data that does not constitute personal data.
