Veronika Wolfbauer is an Austrian attorney-at-law with more than ten years’ experience advising clients at the intersection of technology, regulation and business. Her practice covers a broad range of technology law and regulatory matters, including IT and telecommunications law, data protection, artificial intelligence and platform regulation.

She guides clients through the full lifecycle of technology-driven products and services, from development and market entry to ongoing regulatory compliance, investigations and enforcement proceedings. Combining strategic regulatory advice with extensive contentious experience, Veronika represents clients before regulatory authorities and courts at all levels, including in complex and high-stakes technology and data protection matters.

Veronika is particularly focused on translating evolving regulatory requirements into practical and future-proof solutions for emerging technologies. She regularly publishes, speaks and teaches on technology regulation and related legal developments. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Green Tech Committee of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw).
