Philipp Reinisch is partner in charge of IT/IP law in the Vienna office of Fieldfisher. Philipp is a specialist in all technology-driven business models. He has been advising on all areas of IT/IP law for over ten years, with a strong focus on data protection law. His experience in the technology sector has involved him working with start-ups, public bodies, large multinationals and non-government organisations in digital media, data and telecoms projects.

Philipp is an expert in digitalization topics and assists in solving all legal problems arising from the introduction of legal tech products. He has a high basic technical understanding of all practical requirements related to information technologies.

Philipp acts as an external data protection officer (DPO) in numerous companies. Prior to his work as a lawyer, Philipp worked for several years as Deputy Head of Legal Affairs and Data Protection Officer for the leading IT service provider in the public sector in Austria.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Philipp is also a lecturer for IT law at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein/Tyrol.
