ONDŘEJ MAJER is a partner at HAVEL & PARTNERS. He specializes in commercial and contractual law, IP law, data protection, competition, and EU law in general. Ondřej regularly advises on commercial and IP legal issues involving IP rights, data protection or competition issues.

Ondřej received a Master’s degree in Law from Charles University and a Diploma in European Studies (Diplôme d’études de l’Union européenne) from the Université des Sciences Sociales, Toulouse, France. Before joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, Ondřej worked for nearly fifteen years at a leading CEE law firm with offices in several Central and Eastern European countries.
