Marek Korcz runs the New Technologies and Protection of Privacy Practice at Łaszczuk & Partners.
He advises on telecommunications law, data privacy and IT law and on corporate matters, particularly in regulated industries. His experience includes comprehensive advice on judicial and administrative proceedings, including preparation of the overall strategy for conducting the matter and representation of clients before courts and administrative authorities.
Marek re-joined the team at Łaszczuk & Partners in 2016. In 2007–2016, he held managerial positions in the legal department of one of Poland’s largest telecommunications operators, including Director of the Legal Department. In 1994–2007, Marek worked with Łaszczuk & Partners.
