Hakim Haouideg is a Belgian qualified lawyer specialising in
contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and IT
He has experience of practising in all areas of intellectual
property law with a particular focus on copyrights and trade marks.
He has also litigated matters in the area of technology law, such
as internet service provider liability and domain name
On the non-contentious side, Hakim assists clients in drafting
and negotiating IT agreements (licensing, consulting &
outsourcing). He also has experience working in the industry during
a six months secondment to a global IT services provider. Hakim
also assists research-driven undertakings on R&D and technology
