Hakim Haouideg is a Belgian qualified lawyer specialising in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and IT law.

He has experience of practising in all areas of intellectual property law with a particular focus on copyrights and trade marks. He has also litigated matters in the area of technology law, such as internet service provider liability and domain name disputes.

On the non-contentious side, Hakim assists clients in drafting and negotiating IT agreements (licensing, consulting & outsourcing). He also has experience working in the industry during a six months secondment to a global IT services provider. Hakim also assists research-driven undertakings on R&D and technology transfer agreements.
